I worked with Brendan for a year, and from the very first session he was incredibly welcoming and supportive. He tailored our work in a way that helped me genuinely explore my emotional experience of the world, rather than just talk around it.

One of the most meaningful aspects of our work together was the option for outdoor therapy. Being in nature allowed Brendan to draw on thoughtful metaphors and analogies that often helped me see things more clearly and understand what was really going on for me.

When I first came to him, I was in a state of burnout. Over time, he guided me toward making subtle but important changes that helped me build a more manageable and fulfilling life. He also supported me through coming to terms with, and eventually accepting, an official autism diagnosis.
